By 2009, the Fortune Wealth annual client picnic had become an event clients looked forward to. That year, nearly 700 clients gathered at Shangri La Water Resort, making it one of the largest client outings the firm had hosted to date.
The growing turnout year after year told its own story — of a client base that kept expanding, and of relationships that went well beyond the usual advisor-client dynamic. Shangri La Water Resort would go on to host the Fortune Wealth picnic again in the years that followed, becoming one of the firm’s most familiar and favourite venues.
